Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to accept manufacturer’s decision to repair or replace unit for one year from date of purchase for defects in parts or workmanship, free overnight shipping does not include arrival on weekends or holidays, order must be placed and credit card accepted by ten o’clock in the morning for order to be shipped the same day, units returned for any reason other than manufacturer’s repair or replacement must be returned within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and are subject to a twenty-five (25) percent restocking fee.
